Arizona Car Accident Reports

If you are involved in an automobile collision which caused you serious injuries in Arizona you or your attorney need to obtain the Arizona Car Accident Report.  In Arizona this is the form the police use do document the accident and it is actually called the Arizona Crash Report Form.  The Arizona Car Accident Report was created by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).
